This project has been ongoing for the past twelve years. With the help of the current City of Westlake administration, the design has evolved into a community facility that will house both the Golf Course Clubhouse and a Restaurant/Bar area.

The 16,000 square feet two-story Clubhouse will facilitate cart storage for approximately 100 carts, bar/grill, dining with seating for 180 patrons, commercial kitchen, pro shop and administration area.

Miller & Associates Development Co Inc has completed construction of this project. The Clubhouse and the Max are now open for business.
